Al Luxe does not issue refunds, only store credit.
  • You must contact our Exchange Department within 3 days after items are received
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items
  • Please keep all shipping information in case your items are lost in transit
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
